Ticketing: AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Tickets can normally be purchased online at the official site (2007 details may not be up yet). Daily tickets in 2006 were $50 to $60 depending on the date of purchase and which days you bought. A weekly pass cost $120 in advance and $150 at the door. Various packages were also available.

Road connections: The three courses are all located on the western side of the Monterey Peninsula, just above Carmel. You can reach the area (17 mile Drive) from the coastal road Highway 1. However, official tournament parking (with a free shuttle service) is located off Highway 101 and you'll find detailed directions and info here.
Air: The local airport is Monterey Peninsula, which is about 7 miles from the Pebble Beach area, with flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix. San Francisco International and Los Angeles International are 110 and 350 miles from the tournament area respectively.

Accommodation and facilities: The courses are part of a resort area with its own hotels. But you'll also find plenty of accommodation in the nearby communities. Check out the official Chamber of Commerce listings for Pacific Grove, Carmel and Monterey. Or browse the directory at Monterey.com.

Local sights and sounds: The accommodation links above also include extensive visitor information on the peninsula and surrounds, which is a veritable tourism haven. Consider a visit to the wine country. Or take one or two whale watching tours.

Tournaments before and after: FBR Open ... Nissan Open.
