"I think she is the best Swedish sports star since Bjorn Borg. Her number of wins, her scoring average and the fact that she has won more prize money than any other female golfer in history are all indications of how good she is.
Unfortunately ladies golf does not get much coverage in the U.K. The most famous Swedish lady in golf in the U.K is Fanny Sunesson just because she carries Nick Faldo's bag. People who are not golf fans have never heard of Annika Sorenstam. She deserves much more recognition.
I will be cheering for Annika in the Solheim cup this month (Sept 2002) and I hope their is no more unsporting behavior by the Americans this time."
