COMMENTS FROM 2005:

John A says:
"Played a charity game with Geoff at Kingston Heath back in 01 and he was fantastic...very focused but willing to give advice and encouragment. Have followed him ever since. I am rapt that he has finally broken through for his maiden win on the USPGA tour. Well done and deserved Geoff."

COMMENTS FROM 2004:

"Geoff is very talented at making at least one triple bogey per round. He could have won several times if he hadn't lost. I have now dubbed the left the Geoff ball. I still love him though, and will always root for his dirty scruff of a beard."

COMMENTS FROM 2003:

Susan G. from Houston says:
"Geoff is incredibly talented and focused. He missed several cuts this summer, then took off a couple of weeks, got everything back together, and is burning up the courses again. (I think that he got married at the end of May which coincided with his "dry spell." Hmmmmm!?!?)

He has an incredible drive that can be very accurate when he is in the "zone." Combine that fact with his great birdie and eagle percentages, and his potential to become a legendary golfer is very real. (I know that I am going to hold on to the visor that he autographed for me in his rookie year!)"

COMMENTS FROM 2002:

Mya B. from Australia writes:
"He has a great swing and a good style despite the fact he hasn't exactly carved up the US PGA Tour. He is only young and has heaps of time to develop as a player. I saw him play at a tournament at the Royal Queensland Golf Club in Australia last year where he came second. I have to say having been to dozens of tournaments I have never enjoyed watching a player so much as Ogilvy. He is all class and seems like a decent guy too. Not a bad sort either. Give him a few years and I think he will be a serious contender."
