"I have been unable to find a way to communicate directly with Mr. Lickliter so would appreciate it if someone can and pass on this message. I was a marshal at the Booz Allen last week and noticed Mr. Lickliter had the unit patches from several of our army divisions serving in Iraq. I spent 18 months in the 3d INF Div. and noticed his 3d ID patch is on his bag upside down. It's the blue and white diagonal striped one and the field should run from lower left to upper right as you view it. I hope someone can advise him before he's all over TV at the Open. What a great sentiment from a pro golfer and it is much appreciated."
